An SBA-certified woman- and minority-owned small business, RLA received its 8(a) certification in October 2015 and was awarded a GSA 8(a) STARS III contract in July 2022.

8(a) Certification

RLA has been certified as a participant in the Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development program. The 8(a) certification provides RLA with enhanced opportunities to meet our clients’ needs, adapt our approaches to developing solutions, and strengthen our teaming relationships. The certification also better positions us to successfully compete for larger government contracts, which will ensure our continued growth.

STARS III

RLA has joined the Best-in-Class 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services III (STARS III) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract. As a STARS III contract holder, RLA provides the federal government with customized IT solutions. Visit the GSA STARS III website to learn more.
